How do you qualify as a medical marijuana patient in Missouri?
One must be a state resident, have a qualifying condition, and,, be of at least 18 years or emancipated. In Missouri, patients under the age of 18 who aren’t emancipated can qualify if their parent or legal guardian must act as their caregiver.
