When you head to SeaWorld®, you can’t help but think about all the amazing animals you will see. As a SeaWorld® guest, you can see penguins, whales, sharks, and so much more as you spend the day exploring the park. However, did you know that you can get up close and personal with many of the animals when you take part in one of the animal encounters? When you book one of these amazing experiences, you will be taking part in something unforgettable.
- Dolphin Swim
When it comes to booking Seaworld® vacation packages, you should consider adding the Dolphin Swim to your itinerary. You and a small group will don wetsuits and learn all about Bottlenose Dolphins. You’ll get right in the water as trainers show you how to give the dolphins hugs, kisses, and rubdowns. - Beluga Whale Swim
The beluga whale, or white whale, is an Arctic whale that is highly recognizable due to its color. You can enjoy time with this whale when you visit SeaWorld®. With the Beluga Whale Swim, you will grab a wetsuit and get in the water with these creatures while you give them hugs and kisses. This will be an unforgettable experience. Be sure to listen for their noises as often people think they try to imitate human voices. - Sea Lion Swim
When you sign up for the Sea Lion Swim, you will visit Discovery Point’s Sea Lions Shallows. Sea lions are known for walking on their four flippers and their loud “bark” which you are sure to see as you put on a wetsuit and join them in the water. You’ll have fun giving them big belly rubs and showering them with attention as your trainers share some details about these creatures. - Penguin Encounter Experience
If you are looking to stay out of the water, but still get up close with some incredible animals, then the Penguin Encounter Experience is for you. With this experience, you’ll be given a winter parka to wear as you head out on the snow to meet some Antarctic penguins. You’ll even be given a chance to hold one of those cute little black and white critters. - Dolphin Encounter
Another great experience which doesn’t require you to get in the water is the Dolphin Encounter. During this experience, you will learn how the dolphins and trainers interact together and even get a chance to feed the dolphins. This is definitely a great encounter for small children.

When it comes to visiting SeaWorld®, consider booking one of these five animal experiences. The memories you create from swimming with a dolphin or holding a penguin are sure to last a lifetime.
