Sushi rolls can include avocado and steamed vegetables. Avocados are a great source of good fat. Vegetables will provide you with some much-needed fiber. Make sure you don’t just eat the same Ahi sushi in New Jersey roll over and over. Change it up a bit to get the best mix of all the ingredients. This will help you get the most nutrition.
