The features, views, and access to the beach are nice, but another big selling point is the location. Most importantly, when you live at Surfrider, you will only be five miles from the naval bases. You will also only be five miles from Hampton University and Downtown Hampton. Additionally, you will be only a half mile from Willoughby Marina District.
